Specialization in Plant Based Foods is where the heart of The Fix and Co. started and has expanded immensely since being established in 2015. Assistant General Manager



The role of the Assistant Manager is to support the location General Manager in running a profitable business by being a role model for The Fix and Co's brand and values.  The AGM is to maintain all of the restaurant's assets, lead all FOH recruitment, training, employee schedules and operational efficiency while overseeing service excellence and guest satisfaction.

  • Review daily reporting, and through direction from the GM, understand the focus of the day to day operations that need to be executed

  • Daily systems check ( Cleaning Protocols, Ordering Protocols etc)

  • Coach staff. Set the tone and drive systems and operating standards through continuous training, role modeling and spot-checking procedures.

  • Guest relations, log and handle concerns with timely follow-up. Ensure proper communication and handover to Owners when necessary

  • Oversee and ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence; log & handle any concerns or comments with timely follow-up

  • Lead and Assist with both kitchen and storefront cleanliness

  • Have full knowledge of menu and company philosophy

  • Assist and lead on Food Prep for Storefront

  • Follow The Fix + Co. Policies and Procedures


  • Review weekly Key Performances and discuss opportunities and action plans through weekly meeting with GM

  • Manage inventory; maintain a minimal but adequate level of supplies. Establish par stocks for all non-food and beverage supplies while tracking invoices and reconciling via TouchBistro. Reconcile and report on petty cash on designated closing in house applications.

  • Master the FOH schedule; aligned to sales volume, budget and business needs and produce the EOW payroll reports that include the reconciliation of tips

  • Manage people development opportunities; recruitment, on-boarding and training

  • Manage Ordering between all food vendors on a weekly basis as needed


  • Monthly business review with GM; analysis on monthly KPI’s( Key performance Indicators), performance vs budget, action plans, staffing levels, bench strength and recruitment

  • Complete reviews & conduct monthly progress updates with all staff


  • Management strategy meeting

  • GM discussion on personal & career development


  • Brand ambassador of The Fix and Co at all times

  • Qualified in all aspects of Front of the House leadership
